Nick Simco – Board Chairman
I was born and raised in Northwest AR, and after graduating from Fayetteville High School, attended college first at Arkansas Tech University, then went on to graduate from the University of Central Arkansas. I majored in political science and minored in history, and was a 4 year scholarship letterman on both the ATU and the UCA golf teams.
I now reside in Elm Springs with my wife, Sarah, and our 5 wonderful children: Anna Kate, Harper, Hayden, Maggie, and Hunter James. I have been employed with Tyson Foods for the past 10 years as a Regional Sales Manager in Foodservice.
Sarah and I began attending New Hope Fellowship in 2013, shortly thereafter becoming members. We are currently involved in the preschool ministry and serve as Lifebuilder leaders. In my free time, I enjoy being outdoors and spending time with my family.
“And the King will say, I tell you the truth, whatever you did for the least of these my brothers and sisters, you were doing it to me!” Matthew 25:40
I have lived in the Northwest Arkansas area my entire life, and currently reside in Springdale. I have been married to my husband, Daniel, for 4 years. We enjoy spending time at the lake, having fun with family and friends, and working in our yard.
I received my B.S.B.A in Accounting from the University of Arkansas Fayetteville. After graduation, I continued on with my career at Tyson Foods, Inc. where I had been an intern during my senior year of college. I have held various accounting positions at Tyson over the last 8 years. Currently, I am a Senior Accountant in the Tyson Warehousing division.
We have been members at New Hope Fellowship for the past 5 years. I have been involved in Children’s ministry, as well as Vacation Bible School Director. I feel very blessed to be a part of such loving church family and to be involved in the House of Hope rescue mission.
