Our Board

Rhonda Landreth – Board Chairman

My family and I have lived in Northwest Arkansas for the past seven years.  I have been married to my husband, Eddie, for fourteen years and we have two children, Michael and Sierra.  We have been members at New Hope Fellowship church for the last five years.

I received my Associates or Arts degree in Education from Three Rivers College in Poplar Bluff, Missouri.  I continued my education at Oklahoma Wesleyan University in Bartlesville, Oklahoma, majoring in Human Resource Management and Business Administration.

I began my career life as a Regional Marketing director for a medical helicopter company.  After working in the “medical” industry for about five years, I became the Business Director for a privately owned Helicopter Charter and Tour company.

In 2011, I left the corporate sector and accepted a position as the Preschool & Children’s director at New Hope Fellowship church.  Although I gained some great experience in the corporate realm, I definitely feel as though God’s plan for my life is and most likely always has been to be in ministry.   In 2002, my husband and I felt God calling us to a life of missions.  Since that time, we have attended and lead several short-term mission trips to Africa, India, Peru and Mexico.

In 2010, I had the privilege of sitting on a committee whose purpose was to develop a Rescue Mission in Springdale, Arkansas.  On July 6, 2011, that dream became a reality when we opened the House of Hope.  I am currently serving as the board chairman for the House of Hope.  It is my prayer that we will be able reach out to our surrounding community with God’s love by providing a safe place of refuge.

“And the King will say, I tell you the truth, whatever you did for the least of these my brothers and sisters, you were doing it to me!”  Matthew 25:40

I have lived in the Northwest Arkansas area my entire life, and currently reside in Springdale. I have been married to my husband, Daniel, for 4 years. We enjoy spending time at the lake, having fun with family and friends, and working in our yard.

I received my B.S.B.A in Accounting from the University of Arkansas Fayetteville. After graduation, I continued on with my career at Tyson Foods, Inc. where I had been an intern during my senior year of college.  I have held various accounting positions at Tyson over the last 8 years.  Currently, I am a Senior Accountant in the Tyson Warehousing division.

We have been members at New Hope Fellowship for the past 5 years. I have been involved in Children’s ministry, as well as Vacation Bible School Director.  I feel very blessed to be a part of such loving church family and to be involved in the House of Hope rescue mission.

Pauletta Wieland a wife for 33 years, mother to 2 adult girls, and grandmother to 3 precious kids.

I am the sales planner/ analyst for Li and Fung Americas handling the Wal-Mart account. I have worked in the Wal-Mart retail business for 30+years.

The things I love most in life is God, my family, cooking, biking, camping, photography and Florida vacations, along with my church family.

My idea of the perfect day would start with breakfast cooked outdoors. And then I’d go for a bike ride and finish off by dinner cooked on an open fire with the family.
